Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the El Cajon Plumber website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

Services

El Cajon Plumber provides professional plumbing services including, but not limited to:

• Plumbing repair and installation
• Drain cleaning and clog removal
• Water heater services
• Leak detection and repair
• Sewer line repair and replacement
• Emergency plumbing services (24/7)
• Pipe repair and repiping
• Plumbing inspections and maintenance

Service Agreements

All plumbing services are subject to a separate service agreement or written estimate that will be provided before work begins. The written estimate will outline the scope of work, timeline, and final pricing. No work will commence without your written or verbal approval of the estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency plumbing services are non-cancellable once a technician has been dispatched.

Property Access

By scheduling plumbing services, you grant El Cajon Plumber and its employees access to your property as needed to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and that any known plumbing issues or hazards are disclosed before work begins.

Liability & Insurance

El Cajon Plumber is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and applicable workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing plumbing damage, damage resulting from undisclosed conditions, or unforeseen issues that are not visible during the initial inspection.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of El Cajon Plumber and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
